We are looking for a Finishing Lead Hand to join our growing team. You will be working with a team of amazing people in our Trailer Division. Come kick-start your career with us today!

Things you will do:

• Supervises a team of approximately 4-6 Finishing Employees
• Assigns and prioritizes work to the Finishing Team
• Maintain required stock and supplies of equipment, materials and products needed for the team to complete their job tasks
• Ensures that jobs are completed within the allocated timeframe and with good quality
• Provides coaching, mentorship, guidance and troubleshooting expertise to the team
• Responsible or ensuring quality workmanship is reviewed and authorized to leave the shop by performing final inspections of units
• Work closely with the Trailer Fabrication department to coordinate workload

What you have:

• 3 – 5 years in a fabrication / manufacturing facility
• 1 + year leadership experience in a Lead Hand and/or Shop Foreman capacity preferred but not required
• High level of product and technical knowledge with strong diagnostic capabilities
• Strong knowledge of air & electrical systems required
• Hydraulic knowledge an asset
• Ability to plumb wire and test completed chassis
