Position Requirements:

• Responsible and Reliable with a Strong Work Ethic
• Actively Listen and Respond to Client Needs
• Provide Ongoing Evaluation of Client Progress
• Able to work well & collaborate with practitioners of various modalities
• Provide Complete and Timely SOAP/Chart Notes
• Available to Work Evenings and Weekends
• Hold a Valid Licenses & Liability Insurance
• In Good Standing with an Approved Association

• Unique Compensation Structure - Competitive Hourly Rates
