PTW is hiring a Part-time Branch Administrator to join ourteam in Fort McMurray, AB.If you are available, we want to hear from you!Must be local to the area or within commuting distance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Managea variety of documentation requirements including site specific correspondence.
• Respondto internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
• Performsite/project specific accounts payable functions.
• Ensure all timesheets, payroll issues, and updating is performed daily.
• Prepareshipping and courier documents.
• Coordinatereceipt and processing of submittals from sub-contractors or vendors.
• Manages site office maintenance, cleaning, equipment, and supplies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 graduate with preference given to those with relevant post secondary education.
• 3+ years experience in an administrative or accounting role.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Previous experience and knowledge of the construction or oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Exceptional time-management skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly.
• Perform required duties in a safety conscious manner.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
