CC&B Developer/ Functional / Administrator

Location: Toronto, Canada _ Hybrid Model

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

1. Minimum 8 years of Oracle CC&B Experience with at least 2 to 3 CC&B support project experience
2. Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions using Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture to meet business requirements.
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and unit test plans
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
5. Experience in Oracle Utilities Applications like C2M, CCS and MDM technical design is a plus
6. Knowledge of other utility products built on OUAF platform such asSOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, OUBI is a plus.
7. Hands-on experience in design and development of the Oracle Utilities Application framework (OUAF) components (Java - Batch process, Algorithm, Change Handler, Page Services), Configuration Tools (BPA/Plug in/Service/Groovy scripting, portals, UI Maps, Zones, Business service, Business Object etc.) and Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound - XAI, IWS) and cloud concepts.
8. Possess high level functional knowledge of the CC&B (payment, billing, GL, credit and collections, field work, To Dos, Adjustments, Pay plan, Payment Arrangement, pricing, billing, TFM, payment, GL, Accruals etc.).
9. Ability to understand and develop complex integrations with on-premises, and cloud based applications
10. Experience in delivery, support and management of Oracle Utilities projects maintaining the implementation guidelines standards.
11. Work closely with Oracle support for the critical issues
12. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Strong analytical capabilities to solve complicated issues arising during support.
13. Oracle Utilities Certifications in Oracle Utilities product suite would be an advantage
