You'll be immersed in the Canalta Hotel world assisting our guests to ensure they have a Legendary experience by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments! What you are responsible for:
- Creating legendary guest experiences
- Answering telephones providing a welcoming experience
- Working scheduled shifts - 3:00pm to 11:00pm and 11:00pm to 7:00am
- Balancing the day's revenues; complete paperwork
- Preparing breakfast - this is for the 11:00pm to 7:00am shift only
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Shift balancing
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Complete required paperwork
- Complete required training
- Teamwork
- Maintaining a safe work environment
