LMG is currently looking to strengthen our talented team by hiring a part-time Front Office Coordinator. This individual will be required to maintain a high-level of customer service when answering telephones, distributing incoming faxes and greeting customers. The Office Coordinator is also responsible for managing or coordinating the general office tools and resources. Applicants must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Friendly demeanor with a customer service focus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Results driven with exceptional organization skills and detail oriented
- Able to adjust to changing volumes of work, such as working under pressure and multi-tasking in a calm and efficient manner during busy periods or taking initiative during slower occasions
- Team player who focuses on building trusting relationship with co-workers
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
As a successful candidate, you will have completed some form of administrative assistant or reception training and/or have previous experience working in a fast-paced reception related position.
Hours of work are from 7 am to 5 pm, Thursday through Saturday. Compensation for this position will be based on the successful candidate's knowledge, skills and experience.
