Bailey Nelson is looking for a Digital Performance Marketer to join our dynamic Support Office on a 3-month fixed term contract.

What is the role about?

As a Performance Marketer, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analysing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.

  • You will be required to build, manage and optimise performance campaigns on Meta. This includes building campaigns across the funnel, i.e. awareness through to conversion campaigns, so understanding how to build and prospect and retarget audiences is key.
  • You will be required to build, manage and optimise performance campaigns across Google, this involves Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube and Display.
  • You will be responsible for reporting on these campaigns using the Meta, Google and GA4 platforms on a weekly basis.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
  • Assist the content team with posting and boosting organic social posts as well as reporting on the relevant metrics.
  • Assist the wider team with campaign strategy and media channel planning.
  • Manage and distribute the monthly budgets.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager and Google Ads.
  • Deep understanding of data and experience with GA4. Able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalised.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker and creative.
