We are looking for an Intern, Digital Archives for our Toronto corporate office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help organize a digital catalogue in a large film library
• Re-organize the server by re-naming files according to nomenclature
• Review old files and correlate them to existing files on server
• Move files to existing files appropriately
• Delete files that are redundant
• Cross reference digital film files and re-name files according to nomenclature protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Library science, or digital archival studies degree preferred, but not required.
• Looking for detail-oriented people who are highly organized and methodical.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Training will be provided for necessary data entry work.
