Dogico is a dynamic company engaged in software development, big data/BI, and data science. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects in these diverse domains.

General Responsibilities:

• Oversee diverse projects in software development, big data/BI, and data science, managing aspects beyond technical understanding.

• Craft concise project charters ensuring clear project scope that aligns with the business goals.
• Apply a formal approach to mitigating risk, managing scope, and ensuring project success.
• Manage resource assignments across multiple projects, utilizing tools like Microsoft Project Desktop, PWS, DevOps, and Power BI.
• Organize and manage projects on the go, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Respond to RFPs ensuring timelines are followed as defined.

• Build and implement roadmaps for applications and systems, collaborating with stakeholders.
• The drive to ensure the client's interests are served and projects are successful to create trust and provide value.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.

About you:

• Proven experience in roadmapping for applications and systems, with stakeholder collaboration.

• Formal training and certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience in agile environments, with the ability to adapt and learn Scrum methodologies.
• Strong portfolio management skills, including resource leveling across multiple projects.
• Expertise in risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance processes, preferably Six Sigma certified.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and writing project charters, with examples to showcase.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Desktop for resource assignment and management.
• French is a strong nice to have.

Location: This is a hybrid (4 days in office) position. Our employees work from our office located Downtown Toronto (Bay Street and Harbour Street).

Work Conditions: General weekday business hours, with some overtime as required.
