Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director, Service Delivery, the Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction of products, managing stakeholder relationships, driving product innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.


A Day in the Life

  • Leads all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch optimization, ensuring market needs are met and driving business growth.
  • Develops product concepts and designs aligned with market needs and user requirements.
  • Drives continuous improvement through feedback loops, data analysis, and experimentation to optimize product performance and client satisfaction.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks related to product development, market adoption, and competitive pressures to maintain product competitiveness and profitability.
  • Manages the product budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet product goals.
  • Manages pricing changes and communications to control feature costs and enhance product success in partnership with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Develops relationships with internal and external business partners/stakeholders to support productive working relationships.
  • Mentors and develops less experienced team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

Your Resume

  • Post-secondary degree or Diploma in Technology or Business and 4-7 years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members.
