This position is based out of North Battleford, but is responsible to travel within our district as required.
Kaschls Culligan bottles all of our water in house with the assistance of our automated bottling machine and delivers our 5 gallon and 3 gallon bottled water as well as other products such as ice, softener salt and coffee etc... to our new and existing clients in our region. Our Service Technicians travel daily to install and maintenance our top quality Culligan water treatment equipment. The Sales Representatives are responsible for all household sales.

reliable and hardworking with good decision-making skills, and great customer service.
The Sales Representatives on our team meet the following qualifications:
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-A class 5 or better driver's license (required)
-A clean driving record (annual abstract required)
-Criminal record check by RCMP (required)
-Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs. frequently.
-Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and sitting for long periods.
-Reading and writing text.
-Numeracy.
-Oral and written communication.
-Working alone and with others.
-Problem solving.
-Decision making.
-Critical thinking.
-Job task planning and organizing.
-Self-starter with high drive for results.
-Computer skills on most Microsoft Office applications.

-Professional presentation skills.
-Familiarity with water treatment is preferred.
-Performing all assigned duties in a safety conscious and productive manner.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Arrange your vehicles repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain sales demo kit.
- Arranging payments from customers as required.
- Increase sales for our industry leading, residential, water treatment systems.
- Work as partners with customers to determine the best water solutions for the customer needs.
- Perform water analysis.
- Ongoing training, coaching and self-development.
- Grow the existing customer base and maintain current customer base/ rentals.
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved.
- Canvass customers to generate appointments.
- Follow up on incoming sales leads within 24 hours.
- Follow up with customers 2-4 weeks after sales.
- Update SalesForce software after each appointment.
- Produce a minimum of 15 self-generated leads monthly.
- Maintain your own appointment schedule.
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, text and emails.
