Customs clearance

• Work with customs brokers to clear import and export shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure all customs declarations are compliant with applicable government regulations.
• Key customs-related data into the system.
• Answer to customs-related questions.
• Issue import and export paperwork.

Logistics support

• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
• Responsible for expediting production maintaining communications with warehouse, vendors, and verifying the accuracy of shipments.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders as needed.

Requirements and skills:

• Degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
