Required Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, with additional experience in Node.js considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in Cloud Platforms like AWS is required.
• Extensive experience in developing and securing REST APIs for both internal and external use.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) standards, particularly REST.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying Microservices, prioritizing business, cost, and security concerns.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in developing solutions involving multiple interconnected technologies and platforms.
• Exposure to various database engine technologies, including NO SQL, is preferred.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and log analytical tools such as NewRelic, DynaTrace, and Splunk is a plus.

Three "must-haves" on the resume:

1. Strong Java expertise.
2. Experience with the Spring framework.
3. Knowledge of AWS, preferably with hands-on experience.
