CMM Maintenance and Millwright Services is an incorporated company that was established in October 2007. It is locally owned and operated by Neil Neamtu and Christen Morandin. It consists of a highly skilled workforce with many years of experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery.

CMM provides millwright and maintenance services for projects of various sizes and degrees of complexity within the Mining, Forestry, and Industrial sectors throughout Northern Ontario. We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Millwrights or 4th year apprentices for long-term work in Northeastern Ontario, Western Ontario, camp opportunities and local opportunities. Top wages plus benefits.

Qualified applicants must be mechanically inclined, with a previous background in mineral process plants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain maintenance standards and programs
• Installation of new equipment
• Maintain all existing equipment through troubleshooting and preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

• 433A Certified Industrial Millwright or 4th year apprentice
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience within a maintenance capacity
• High mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot
• An understanding of Provincial codes and regulations
• Ability to use verniers, calipers, micrometers, angle finders, feeler gauges, and dial indicators
