About the role:

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are effectively adopted, utilized, and understood by both our internal stakeholders and customers. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, client support, and exceptional communication and training skills.

What you'll do:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio, keeping current with updates, and enhancing product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create training programs, empower sales, customer support, and marketing with effective resources, and design customer training initiatives, including webinars and documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new users/clients and create ramp-up plans for product launches.
  • Support Technical enablement for technical users and liaison with relevant internal and external teams to support API set up, testing and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market execution. are integral aspects of their responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise customer success in a technical environment or enterprise training and coaching.
  • Direct experience making technical training documentation compelling and exciting for a diverse set of user personas.
  • Knowledge of best practices and tools for training while developing sustainable processes and frameworks to be used to create internal standards.
  • A knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into solutions while managing customer expectations.
  • Exceptional written and storytelling presentation skills.
  • Facilitating product launches, go-to-market material and organizing/project managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of Data Visualization tools and how to train users to find insights within the data.
  • A curious and problem-first mindset, exploring the root pain points and collecting user feedback to discuss with both the Product and business functional groups.
  • Self-managed, organized, proactive individual contributor with the ability to work with other cross-functional groups to help make barriers disappear.
  • Definite Pluses:
    • Experience in developing software solutions for enterprise or business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C).
    • Home improvement or big-box retail experience.
    • Supporting a large-scale enterprise migration.
    • Understanding of User Research, Design Thinking, Product Analytics, Adult Education, GTM/Product Marketing strategies and Product Management frameworks.
