We strive to provide a seamless and personalized client experience!About the Associate Financial Advisor:As an Associate Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential.As the Associate Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide tailor-made financial planning advice and help clients reach their goals, using our unparalleled array of investment options.
  • Actively maintain and expand your portfolio of clients using value-based relationship management practices, achieving performance targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements, including property, liability, auto, and other relevant areas of coverage.
  • Identify and analyze clients' risks and provide personalized insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Educate clients about various insurance options, policy terms, and coverage details.
  • Present insurance proposals, explain policy features, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and process policy documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and claims-related matters.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates.
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives to retain and expand our client base.
  • All other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have:
  • General (OTL) License will be required.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years insurance experience in home and auto.
  • Must hold current and valid Ontario driver's license.
  • Provide and maintain own reliable vehicle and cell phone.
  • Proven networking and client acquisition skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong referral network.
  • Willing to learn, goal focus, positive minded and coachable.
  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
