JOB FUNCTION:

The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, fostering competitiveness, and driving innovation. Tasked with maximizing sales potential within an assigned territory, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our company remains dynamic and successful.

JOB DUTIES

  • Elevate sales and profitability by engaging with existing and potential customers within the designated territory.
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective management of accounts and customer relationships.
  • Harness Business Intelligence (BI) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct compelling presentations, handle RFQs, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Actively participate in trade shows and customer conferences to bolster market presence.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated expertise in engaging with large, national, and international distributors.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills, ensuring consistent meeting of deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business is desired.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in a sales role within the relevant industry, showcasing a track record of success.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

Local Pay Range$80,000—$120,000 CAD
