We are currently looking for a self-starter and motivated Crew Leader to join our fantastic, growing team! The role's primary function is to effectively lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew to perform at a high level of efficiency and quality of service. The Crew Leader is responsible for delegation of duties, on the job training, maintaining safety, ensuring operating policies are followed and providing outstanding property maintenance.
Duties:

• Lead assigned crew to carry out maintenance operations across all assigned properties and ensure tasks are completed to an exceptional level of quality within the allocated time designation.
• Supervise and work with crew to follow and complete all defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each property visit.
• Hands-on pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges, weeding, lawn care, pest control, bed work, line edging, irrigation and lighting repairs, planting, and renovations
• Driving a company truck and ensuring it is fully equipped for the scheduled jobs
• Monitor team's attendance, entering the times into the system on time

Qualifications:

• Proven landscape maintenance experience on large estates/high-end properties and leading crews
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results
• Outstanding attention to detail and focus on quality
• Must have the ability to be physically active for eight (8) hour work shift.
• Proven sense of urgency and ability to work effectively to deadlines

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Valid BC driver's license required
