As Customer Success Technology Architect, you will play a key role in delivery of projects focused on operationalizing and scaling our clients' customer lifecycle strategies through data and technology.

As a key member of the Valuize consulting team, you will architect how customer success technology and data can be leveraged by our clients to drive best-in-class net-revenue retention in their recurring revenue businesses. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone looking to work on the cutting edge of how data & technology are driving the transformation of the customer lifecycle in businesses.

Partnering with the Valuize Strategy practice, you will translate the operational demands of our clients' customer lifecycle strategies into technical blueprints and bring these blueprints to life through implementation of technology (e.g. Gainsight).

You will also be collaborating with our clients' data and technical teams to understand their system and data requirements and translate them into actionable work items for all parties involved.

A natural leader, you have strong communication skills, a collaborative team approach and deep experience designing and leading enterprise customer success operations. To be successful in this role you must have a natural ability to work comfortably in an evolving environment and convert ambiguity into action. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, liaise with a diverse stakeholder group and be able to help the organization make decisions in a cross functional environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivery of Valuize Customer Success Technology & Data deliverables on time and on budget that meet client expectations and requirements in the Statement of Work.
  • Lead the roadmapping, modeling and implementation of customer lifecycle systems and data architectures that will trigger the right insight and action, at the right time, to drive our clients' customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Partner with clients and the Valuize strategy team to design, develop, measure, and iterate on customer lifecycle programs and processes within an Agile development framework
  • Learn our clients' customer lifecycle strategy needs and advise how these should drive their adoption and configuration of their technology and data investments
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts
  • Partner with Valuize and client product owners to design user stories ready for development in the customer success platform
  • Lead the design and build of Gainsight configurations that meet the requirements of user stories
  • Represent Valuize as a world-class expert in Gainsight and customer success operations, developing best practices & thought leadership in Gainsight development standards and architecture.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • 3-5 years experience implementing, configuring and administering Gainsight.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Deep understanding of the Customer Success function to provide guidance on metrics, processes, efficiency and governance of CS systems and leadership
  • Strong data architecture awareness and, ideally, design and implementation experience with data architecture roadmaps and models
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing remote environment.
  • Enjoy getting your hands dirty by digging into complex challenges with strong creative & analytical problem-solving skills. .
  • A high degree of ownership and pride over your work.
  • Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Have experience in a client facing role, consulting experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate and sell architectures to client business and technology stakeholders
