We are looking for a talented Office Manager to assist with coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties within our restaurant. If you are interested in administrative work, have a natural ability to understand numbers and spreadsheets (cash reconciliation), and seek employment with one of Canada's top hospitality groups this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Balance the daily cash in the restaurant
- Fulfil bank runs when necessary
- Screen and organize resumes and set up interviews
- Code and process incoming invoices
- Assist with organizing and verifying payroll
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Opportunities
- Primarily a Monday to Friday schedule (mornings are a requirement)
- Support the General Manager over lunch as required
