Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented property cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential or commercial properties. As a property cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Sanitizing

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.

Surface Cleaning

- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free finish.

- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to remove dirt and debris.

- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.

Floor Care

- Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt, debris, and allergens.

- Sweep and mop hard floors to maintain cleanliness and shine.

- Strip, wax, and polish floors as needed to maintain appearance and protect surfaces.

Specialized Cleaning

- Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating basis, including cleaning appliances, baseboards, and blinds.

- Clean and maintain specialized equipment and machinery used for cleaning tasks.

Inventory Management

- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables as needed.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Safety and Compliance

- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards for cleaning and sanitation.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and lifting.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
