We specialize in resurfacing residential and commercial driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, and splash pads. Our product is made of recycled rubber and we install projects throughout British Columbia. Our product restores elegance to properties, and our service is what sets us apart from our competitors.

We plan to be franchising our business across Canada and there is HUGE opportunity for career advancement as we grow.

Our high-performing sales team will provide the mentorship if you have the drive. This is a great opportunity to work within an entrepreneurial environment, without the corporate feeling. We provide a large, modern office setting, company vehicles for commuting to estimates and iPads for CRM work.

This position involves a high compensation potential, performance bonuses and health benefits.

We're seeking Sales Reps to be:

- Comfortably working with clients

- Accurately providing estimates

- Participating in weekend trade shows

- Closing generated leads

- Generating outside sales

- Initiating new sales strategies to target a wider audiences

- Exceeding sales targets

- Accurately tracking all records of calls/estimates/sales

- Tracking sales analytics (weekly/monthly)

- Efficiently using our CRM system

- Attending weekly meetings & providing valuable input


Requirements

- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

- Excellent computer abilities

- Previous proven sales results

- Previous experience with CRM systems

- Displays initiative and efficiency with all tasks at hand

- Hard-working and reliable

- Pays strong attention to detailed quoting

- Able to multi-task and follow up with clients consistently

- Displays great listening skills

- A drivers licence with a clean record

- Adaptable to various weather when working outside

- Ability and flexibility to work long hours and weekends


Benefits

Compensation:

$50-100K per year plus health care
