ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HIGHLY organized, detail oriented individual to add to our warehouse leadership team. Finally the team lead is
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all incoming shipments are received efficiently, accurately, in an organized manner and that all issues (Damages/Shortages/Overages/Other) are noted immediately inside our system in line with our standard operating procedures
- Responsible for teaching, coaching and leading Incoming team members to ensure their accuracy, organization and overall effectiveness of time.
- Responsible for the organization of how inventory is put away to enable efficiency on the outgoing end and to ensure inventory is 100% Accurate and product is easily identifiable for Outgoing orders and for bi-weekly inventory counts
- Responsible for improving processes, creating and updating standard operating procedures and holding his/her team accountable to department goals!

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Secondary/High School Diploma
PREFERRED PREREQUISITES:
Knowledge of Common warehouse procedures
Experience working as a Team Lead in a warehouse is an asset
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Highly comfortable/proficient on the computer & communication tools
Able to lift up to 50lbs and on occasion more than that
HIGH level of Attention to detail
HIGH level of Organization
Dependable Hardworking & Trustworthy
Able to work with little or no supervision
Criminal background check will be completed.
Job Type: Full-time
