VEE Inc. is hiring for an experienced Electrician Apprentice for our client in Stratford Ontario.

Must work in a safe and efficient manner and comply with Stackpole International's Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and Quality Systems, Procedures and Policies. Must become familiar and work with SPS, 5S and CI activities. Responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting and repairing equipment while following safety rules and regulations

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems
• Install, replace and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits and other electrical components
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of equipment installations
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance shop
• Keep inventory of parts necessary to perform
• Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety System are met.
• Communicate information from shift to shift.

Our requirements :

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12 or equivalent.

4th or 5th year Apprentice

Current enrolment or completion of trade school component of Electrical apprenticeship as per the College of Trades requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS. A strong background in hydraulics and pneumatics as well as some welding experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Proficient in English

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Proficient in Math

REASONING ABILITY Excellent interpersonal skills.
