WHAT'S ON OFFER
Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate and Product Marketing, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager of Digital Marketing and Operations, to lead our marketing technology stack and elevate our digital presence. In this dynamic role, you'll drive strategy, optimize campaigns, and shape our digital ecosystem for maximum impact.
The ideal candidate possesses a robust understanding of digital marketing best practices and excels at leading integrated digital marketing campaigns and project management initiatives from conception to execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategy & Analytics

  • Support and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
  • Lead the vision for our marketing technology roadmap, evaluating and optimizing our marketing techstack
  • Drive marketing analytics, providing actionable insights to enhance demand generation and funnel metrics
  • Track and measure all marketing programs, optimizing resources against objectives and taking an active role in planning marketing budgets for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, sales, IT, and finance to identify opportunities to improve the sales & marketing funnel
  • Manage and support external agencies and development partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our marketing objectives
Website & Customer Experience
  • Own the ongoing improvement of our website, ensuring a frictionless user experience in collaboration with external development partners
  • Support and facilitate the launch of website refreshes, optimizing SEO ranking to increase traffic and lead generation
  • Support and drive a comprehensive digital website strategy for paid and organic search to enhance brand visibility and generate new visitors
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
  • Lead marketing automation efforts to drive targeted and personalized campaigns, nurturing leads and improving conversion rates
  • Enhance data integrity and market reach, owning marketing database strategy and data utilization
  • Strategically partner with and support the Sales, Customer Success, Business Acceleration teams to create awareness and nurture programs for both prospects and existing customers

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of proven hands-on practical experience, successfully and independently demonstrating value in a digital marketing or similar function; within B2B enterprise software (SaaS) or cloud-based solutions
  • Previous experience working within and / or marketing to the life sciences industry
  • Expert in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot, with a proven track record of leveraging these platforms to drive marketing success
  • Experience in managing websites, optimizing landing pages, CX touchpoints, UTMs, lead acquisition, and funnel optimization; experience with Webflow
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing earn and paid campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Google Adwords, Linkedin Campaign Manager and other tools)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally across internal and external organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

LOCATION
We are a fully remote company headquartered in Toronto with frequent virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions and socials. We leverage many synchronous and asynchronous communication tools and provide an allowance to enhance your WFH setup.
