DOF Canada is currently seeking an HSEQ Coordinator to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team. If you are looking for a dynamic environment to learn and grow your career, DOF Canada is a great opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

•Complete office HSEQ inductions to all new starts, temporary workers and sub-contractors.

•Assist with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance.

•Assist with office / workshop OHS regulatory compliance and company requirements.

•Assist with HSEQ project compliance including lessons learned, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. In addition, assist with the preparation and review of HSEQ documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

•Assist with the review of legislation, policies and best practice.

•Assist with project / department internal audits and supplier audits.

•Assist with the HSEQ component of tendering activities.

•Assist when required with HSEQ incident investigations.

•Prepare and present quarterly trends based on the safety observation card system.

•Assist with HSEQ presentations.

•Assist with Document Control processes (when required).

•Assist with Company Wellness Programs and Initiatives.

Requirements

Key Qualifications and Experience:

•2-3 years experience in HSEQ, preferably in the energy and offshore marine environment industry.

•Post-secondary education in a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality discipline (or equivalent).

•Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001: 2015; ISO 45001:2018.

•Proficient in Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Power Point.

•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

•Strong attention to detail.
