About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Life Insurance Advisor to become an integral member of our remote sales team. This pivotal role involves building meaningful relationships with clients, crafting personalized financial plans, offering expert financial advice, and recommending insurance products that align perfectly with our clients' needs. Operating under the guidance of our Sales Manager, this position is designed for motivated individuals driven by sales targets and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and securing client retention across the insurance spectrum.
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial and insurance requirements fully, offering tailored advice and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals,using a professional network and our existing client base.
  • Recommend and facilitate life and health insurance placements, products that suit clients' financial planning needs.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, maintaining a consultative approach to identify financial needs and review their product portfolios.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure compliance and standard business practices are upheld.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 years of experience in customer service, relations, and sales.
  • LLQP certification
  • Digital proficiency and experience working in a virtual environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, influence, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
