Job Description
We are currently seeking landscape laborers to join our team! We are looking for up-beat people who love getting their hands dirty and working outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Follow direction of Crew Leader
- Mowing, trimming, back pack blowing, raking, aerate, etc.
- General landscape maintenance, with use of various equipment
- Litter and debris removal
- Snow removal, with use of various equipment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored.
- Participate in Health and Safety. Incident reporting, Practice workplace safety and use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Daily paperwork
This is a full-time position with year-round employment. hours are roughly 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday occasional work on weekends. 44 hours weekly pay, direct deposit. All hours over 44 hours per week are banked and utilized for rain days (averaging agreement) weather dependency. Benefits available after 90 days.
