Integrated Marketing Specialist

CGC Inc. is currently recruiting an Integrated Marketing Specialist for our Communications and Marketing team, based in Oakville, Ontario.

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing and Communications team, partnering with CGC's business units and stakeholders across North America to create and execute strategies that increase brand identity and customer loyalty, reinforcing CGC's industry-leading position.

This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing consistent messaging across digital and traditional marketing channels, including managing social media platforms, digital advertising, website support, content creation, and ensuring brand consistency in trade shows and employer branding efforts.

The successful candidate will be adept at project management and agency collaboration, have a good eye for design, and possess a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing principles.

Duties and responsibilities of the Integrated Marketing Specialist include:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with the company's goals, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage the intersection of digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, SEO, digital advertising & newsletters, print materials, and event marketing.
  • Build strong relationships with CGCs Global and Americas counterparts to understand and identify relevant programs, campaigns, and content that can be leveraged in local markets.
  • Craft compelling and cohesive content across various channels. Use strong copywriting skills to engage and convert target audiences.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with integrated marketing & product strategies.
  • Support the team in leading marketing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the design and production of brand collateral to support events, trade shows, marketing campaigns, retail displays, and more.
  • Build and analyze reports to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Support annual and quarterly brand planning with strong accountability for project plans and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing approaches. Experience with both ATL and BTL advertising.
  • Proficient in managing digital platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, and SEO, alongside traditional marketing methods.
  • Proven record of successfully managing paid and organic media campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a large corporate brand.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and design skills.
  • Experience with website management and basic technical troubleshooting.
