Job Description
We are currently seeking a construction laborer's to join our team! We are looking for up-beat people who love getting their hands dirty and working outdoors. This opportunity is for year-round employment.
Responsibilities
- Follow direction of Crew Leader
- Install a variety of landscape features such as fences, garden beds, retaining walls, brick work, grading and more
- Experience with various tools and equipment
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in Health and Safety. Incident reporting, Practice workplace safety and use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
This is a full-time position with year-round employment. hours are roughly 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday occasional work on Saturdays and or Sundays. 44 hours weekly pay, direct deposit. All hours over 44 hours per week are banked and utilized for rain days (averaging agreement). Benefits available after 90 days.
