Role & Responsibilities:
As a Digital Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting customized Digital Adoption Plans. You will be empowering businesses across diverse industries to integrate digital technologies into their operations, ranging from comprehensive ERP systems to specialized tools such as sales CRMs, project management systems, accounting systems, marketing tools, and more.
Throughout this process, you will be responsible for:
- Interviewing the owners, executives, and key staff members of each business to understand their unique requirements
- Conducting thorough assessments of the current digital landscape of each business
- Developing digital transformation strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business
- Preparing effective implementation plans for successful execution of your strategies
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French
- Expertise in digital technology solutions for small-medium businesses (ERPs, CRMs, etc.) in various industries (manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction)
- Experience developing digital business strategies, models, products, or services
- Able to identify most applicable digital technologies to use in a given situation
- Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both in person and online
- MBA, CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification, or related professional designation is an asset
