They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. Collaborating with various stakeholders such as Mortgage Sales, Investments, and Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading all marketing initiatives. With the assistance of agencies and freelancers, you will conceptualize, execute, monitor, and refine marketing campaigns across diverse platforms to achieve meaningful results. You'll develop beautiful and compelling brand and trade campaigns that are aligned with PHL's overall business objectives.

Some of the exciting challenges your role will include:
  • Plan and execute marketing programs that include corporate sales, online and social media, conventions & trade shows, workshops, advertisements, and other initiatives;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor initiatives to determine feasibility and profitability of new or existing offerings; make recommendations based on findings. Offer valuable insight and recommendations about marketing strategies, current industry trends, and best practices;
  • Design and attend relevant trade shows, conventions, and customer events to build relationships and promote the organization's initiatives;
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives across different channels to create brand visibility and generate interest and customer acquisition. Enhance the visibility and reputation of the company through various media channels and online platforms;
  • Build a business-to-business (B2B) strategy that delivers results using thoughtful planning, execution, and management. Execute the company's B2B marketing strategy and programs;
  • Use exceptional writing and editing skills to compose, evaluate, and enhance creative content for diverse marketing materials and platforms, that cultivate connections within the target market and generate leads for sales.

Skills and experience that will set you up for success:
  • Post-Secondary education with an emphasis in marketing or equivalent;
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar managerial or leadership role that encompasses application of marketing best practices, brand strategy development, management of marketing campaigns, design of content that is compelling, accurate and creative;
  • Experience in financial services sector considered a strong asset;
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email marketing, website design & plugins (WordPress), Google Analytics, standard desktop applications, and search engine marketing & optimization;
  • Demonstrated ability to build & execute a B2B marketing strategy and program;
  • Ability and experience in creating visually appealing and captivating content for social media, websites, and other platforms;
  • Knowledge of current best practices in customer acquisition methods;
  • Knowledge of video production;
  • Strong blend of creativity, consistency, design, and organization skills;
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with various individuals inside and outside the organization;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including command of spoken & written English with copy accuracy;
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive matters.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 per annum based on experience with full benefits as a part of the competitive total rewards package.
This is a full-time hybrid opportunity (Monday to Friday) with the successful candidate working on site 4 days a week.
