Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated Industrial General Laborer to join our team. The Industrial General Laborer will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing various tasks in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Assist skilled workers with tasks as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
