As a Senior Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Cost Estimation: Provide competitive cost estimates and optimize bid success.
• Bid Preparation: Compile precise bid proposals.
• Vendor Relations: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for optimal pricing.
• Client Interaction: Understand client needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to maintain competitive pricing.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate estimation documentation.
• Project Assessment: Evaluate project scope to determine resource and labour needs.
• Reporting: Deliver concise reports on estimation results and market trends.ACCOUNTABILITY & DECISION MAKING
Scope and magnitude of financial, budgetary, cost, employee responsibility and decision-making.
Years of experience combined with education, designations or certifications.

- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience in reading and interpreting drawings is a must
- Tekla, Solidworks, and AutoCAD experience is beneficial
