We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer passionate about devising elegant, systematic solutions to challenging design problems. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our design system team, responsible for designing and documenting UI and interaction patterns crucial for our next-gen CAD solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for professional or technical applications, possess a keen eye for pixel perfection and design excellence, and have a solid grasp of design systems and human-centered design principles across various platforms.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in user experience design.
- Proficiency in design systems, patterns, and reusable components.
- Ability to visualize and prototype solutions at different fidelity levels, from wireframes to technical documents.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design patterns that cater to multiple use cases and product domains based on customer needs.
- Communicate designs through mockups, documentation, and prototypes for testing and validation.
- Present design concepts in UX review sessions, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
- Experience in building or contributing to design systems.
