Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, etc.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Vast sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Property & Casualty license (OTL) and/or Life (LLQP) or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Fluent in other language (Chinese, Russian, French, Italian, etc.) but English is preffered
