Vision Sales Representative is a professional sales position whose primary objective is the presentation, promotion, and sale of Clarion Medical products from the Diagnostic Imaging and Dry Eye portfolio. In addition to these commercial activities, a key requirement of this position is the ability to provide clinical support to new and existing customers to insure successful outcomes with our products. The VTM reports to the Clarion Director of Vision via the Regional Manager of Western Canada.

The successful applicant will:
• Formal knowledge of Optometry
• Must have clinical experience in the of the following areas:
• Diagnostic equipment for ocular imaging
• Understanding of Dry Eye disease and management
• Experience in a competitive environment
• Proven Vision sales in ophthalmology or optometry
• Meet or exceeds territory sales objectives
• Able to effectively communicate and present medical products
• Create ROI business cases and communicate effectively to clients
• Develop an effective teamwork relationship with other representatives in the sales region
• Support the company's mission
• Maintain and update territory records of all current and prospective customers
• Effectively utilize and manage territory expenses, samples, and any consignments in a responsible manner according to company policies
• Increase knowledge base through successful completion of advanced and continuing training programs
• Perform other related administrative tasks associated with the position according to company policies

We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
• Bachelors Degree, business degree, or a related field is required
• 3 - 5 years of successful ophthalmic or other medical sales experience
• Previous sales experience with Premium Channel or vision related products is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to establish priorities to meet goals
• Highly motivated and results driven
• Relationship oriented
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of program
• Work Location Field Sales

Travel Requirement:

• Approximately 20% - 30% travel, including occasional evenings and weekends
