Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking reliable Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join a hotel housekeeping team in Smithers, BC. The successful candidates will clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, provide friendly guest service, and help ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of housekeeping equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and needed repairs.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Follow safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
• Work as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and professional customer service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding housekeeping duties.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning supplies and equipment.

Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Flexible start times.
Weekend and holiday availability required.
Pay Rate:
$18.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
