Shipper/Order Picker

• Shifts: Full-time – Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (occasional overtime)
• Pay: $21.00/hour
• Location: Bolton, ON (Coleraine Drive & Healey Road)
• Start Date: Immediate – Temp to Perm opportunity

We are hiring experienced Shipper / Order Pickers for a busy warehouse in Bolton. You will make sure product coming in and going out for multiple clients is accurate, documented and on time. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and confident with paperwork, scanners and warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify counts against packing slips and purchase orders
• Inspect product for damage and report shortages, overages or damage
• Enter receipts and shipments into the warehouse system using handheld scanners
• Prepare outbound shipments, bills of lading and shipping labels
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Stage orders in the correct dock or lane for carriers
• Communicate with carriers and drivers at the dock
• Keep shipping and receiving records accurate and up to date
• Keep dock areas clean, organized and safe
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Experience with shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, labels)
• Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for a full shift
• Approved steel-toe safety shoes (green triangle patch)
• Reliable transportation to Bolton
• Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following:

• Warehouse inventory software
• Partial and full truckload shipments
• Distribution centre work
