Location: Field-based, servicing customer sites throughout Ontario

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Pay: $30.00 per hour (starting rate), plus paid travel time

Reports to: Field Service Manager

TFI Food Equipment is a commercial kitchen equipment company and part of the Elevate organization. We keep foodservice operations across Ontario running by installing, maintaining and repairing the equipment our customers depend on every day. Our specialty coffee equipment business is growing, and we're looking for a Coffee Systems Technician to grow with it.

As a Coffee Systems Technician, you'll be the face of TFI in the field — commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining commercial coffee systems to manufacturer specifications. You'll work independently at customer sites, solve problems on the spot, and leave every customer confident in their equipment and in our team. No coffee equipment experience? No problem. We provide full training, backed by both our internal team and our manufacturer partners.

• Commission new commercial coffee systems and confirm they operate to manufacturer specifications

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic (water) and electrical faults in commercial coffee units

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably

• Deliver professional, courteous service and clearly explain work performed to customers

• Document each call accurately in our electronic work order system

• Learn and use the manufacturer's proprietary service platform for diagnostics, service records and support

• Travel to customer sites across Ontario in a company-provided vehicle

• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems such as those found in commercial coffee equipment

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfort using an electronic work order system and willingness to learn new software platforms

• Clean driving record and a valid Ontario driver's licence

• Ability to pass a criminal record check (clean record required)

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in the field

• Starting rate of $30.00 per hour
