Night Shift Sanitation | $21/hour | Mon–Fri | Mississauga

3PL Inc. is hiring experienced sanitation cleaners for night shift at a dairy food plant in Mississauga. You will clean machines and work areas so the plant is ready for the next day's production.

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Clean and sanitize machines, tanks, pipes and floors
• Mix and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Take machine parts off for deep cleaning, then put them back
• Follow written cleaning steps
• Fill out cleaning checklists
• Wear safety gear and follow lockout and safety rules

What you need

• Sanitation or cleaning experience in a food, dairy or meat plant
• Experience using cleaning chemicals safely
• Able to work Monday to Friday nights
• Basic English (read and write)
• Able to lift 25–30 kg
• Okay working in wet, hot and cold areas
• Okay using ladders and platforms

A big plus

• CIP/COP cleaning experience
• Confined-space experience

This position is offered through 3PL Inc., a licensed Ontario Temporary Help Agency (THA-0000001772). Successful candidates will be employed by 3PL Inc. and assigned to client worksites. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Canadian experience is not required, and equivalent experience gained in other jurisdictions is welcome. This position offers full-time hours on a temporary assignment basis. The assignment is based on client operational needs and may be extended, shortened or ended at any time; 3PL Inc. will communicate any changes. 3PL Inc. may use automated or AI-based tools to help screen or assess candidates.
