TWC Global Services is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst who will provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design for Government Sector Enterprise.

Title - Systems Analyst - Senior

Location- Toronto, ON

Must-Have Skills -

• Knowledge of the business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft , knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients` information technology requirements, experience of PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade and Fluid , Classic+
• Able to design, develop, test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new PeopleSoft development, analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on HR, Absence Management , Time Labour, Payroll, and Benefit Administration
• Experience to evaluate information technology options in the PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) application for clients in the development of new functionality or system modifications , evaluative skills to provide clients with various recommendations and outline advantages and disadvantages of each.

Nice to Have-

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations.
• Knowledge of change management, including techniques, trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system.
