Telecommunications Sales Representative

UW Winnipeg is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Winnipeg team as Telecommunications Sales Representatives.

As an authorized representative of Rogers, we connect customers with home internet, television, and home phone services that fit their needs.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and working toward personal goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your skills and build confidence in the role.

What You'll Do

• Meet with residents in assigned Winnipeg neighbourhoods to introduce Rogers telecommunications services.
• Learn about customers' needs and explain available internet, television, and home phone packages.
• Present service options clearly and help customers find solutions that suit their needs.
• Answer questions professionally and ensure customers understand the services being offered.
• Build rapport through friendly, face-to-face conversations.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate records.
• Work toward individual sales goals while collaborating with your team.
• Participate in product training, team meetings, and ongoing coaching.

This is an active, field-based position. You'll spend most of your working time outdoors, walking through assigned neighbourhoods and speaking with residents in person. Comfort working outdoors in Winnipeg's changing weather is essential.
