Personal Lines Account Manager

What We're Looking For

We're hoping to find someone who knows Personal Lines insurance and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You'll bring:

• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience

• An active RIBO licence

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Confidence working with insurer portals and brokerage technology

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• The ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the customer

• A practical, solutions-focused approach to problems

• A willingness to learn, adapt and embrace change

• A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
