Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential roofing crews in Ottawa East, Orleans, Rockland, Clarence Creek, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has strong metal roofing experience, particularly with standing seam systems, and can manage roofing projects and lead a crew effectively. Shingle roofing experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential roofing crews.
• Manage metal and shingle roofing installations from start to finish.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Train and support crew members.
• Maintain quality standards and organized job sites.

Requirements

• Experience in metal roofing; standing seam experience is highly preferred.
• Previous crew leadership experience or willingness to step into a foreman role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Valid Working at Heights certificate.
• Experience with residential roofing projects.
• Knowledge of metal roofing systems such as OVM EZsnap, Wakefield Bridge, or Optimum Rib is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $45/hour, with higher pay based on experience.
