Construction Operational Manager

The Construction Operations Manager will oversee residential development projects, managing site supervisors and working independently across multiple projects. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will coordinate project execution, maintain operational standards, and travel locally between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Supervise construction sites and manage site supervisors.
• Track project budgets and costs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project activities.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety requirements.
• Monitor quality control across residential developments.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients throughout project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction operations management.
• Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and cost estimation.
• Experience with project management and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
