Warehouse Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Prepare materials and metal parts for powder coating.
• Perform cleaning, sanding, masking, and other surface preparation work.
• Coordinate materials for daily powder coating production.
• Inspect finished products for quality, coating defects, and damage.
• Ensure finished products meet customer quality requirements.
• Pack and protect finished products for shipping.
• Prepare customer orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and customer pickups.
• Maintain inventory records and organize warehouse stock.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely order completion.
• Assist with general warehouse and production operations as required.
