Framing Carpenters

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well in a team environment.

We specialize in residential framing, including single-family homes and duplexes, and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a productive, professional crew.

Responsibilities

Perform residential wood framing for single-family homes and duplexes.

Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.

Install roof trusses, sheathing, and backing.

Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building materials.

Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Work efficiently with the crew to meet project schedules.

Follow all applicable WorkSafeBC regulations and site safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in residential framing or carpentry is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints is an asset.

Knowledge of framing methods, materials, and construction practices.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.

Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.

Fall protection training and other relevant safety certifications are assets.
