Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Bowmanville, Ontario.

The successful candidate will provide patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in a professional, supportive, and discreet clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Order and review laboratory testing and diagnostic investigations as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up care.
• Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the team to support clinical operations and patient experience.
• Uphold professional standards and evidence-based clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing team.
