Farm Supervisor

Key Duties of the position include:

• Supervise farm operations.
• Create work schedules.
• Co-ordinate the activities of our farm workers
• Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety measures are being always followed by all the workers.
• Oversee sorting and overall handling of produce to ensure highest possible quality of our production.
• Making farm deliveries between locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Language required: English
• Education: no minimum education required
• Physically capable, able to lift 40-60 pounds regularly.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to follow safe work practices.
• Valid BC Drivers License is an asset

Benefits:

• Extended health and dental benefits following a 3-month probation period
• 4% vacation pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Expected start date:

• January 4, 2027
